January 26-29, 2017

Innovative dancers/choreographers Ana Padron and Diego Blanco showcase Argentine Tango fused with modern dance concepts and theater, with live music by the Pedro Giraudo Quartet.

BLIND examines the choice either to protect ones vulnerable self by remaining emotionally blind, or to show courage, surrendering to the amazing but unpredictable possibilities of life.

The performance features original Argentinian Tango scores composed by Pedro Giraudo. Where he explores his Jazz training and tango training and mixes both.

"Tango For All...brought wit and elegance to their piece, Blind. The duet put a surprising spin on one of the most traditional of styles. CALVIN WILSON, arts writer
